UDF has called upon to celebrate first july Doctors Day as ‘work to rule’ day. UDF has requested all UG and PG medical students to observe this *’Work to Rule‘* day without compromising patient care.

According to Dr. Lakshay Mittal, Chairperson & National President of UDF, this initiative aims to bring attention to the importance of adhering to established rules and regulations, as well as promoting a healthy work-life balance.

United Doctors Front advocates for strict adherence to anti ragging rules, safety of all healthcare professionals, timely payment of appropriate stipend and implementation of 1992 duty hours rules to prevent burnout. Since mental health issues in medical students are very concerning these days, a fair and safe learning environment must be insured, as per existing rules and guidelines.
The authorities shall must insure that medical students’ rights are protected and respected, and that they are not subjected to undue stress,   exploitation or humiliation.

UDF urge the authorities to take cognizance of the challenges faced by medical students and to work towards creating a conducive learning environment that prioritizes student well-being and patient safety. As law-abiding citizens, medical students are committed to following the laws of the land, and we expect the authorities to reciprocate with a commitment to providing a fair and supportive environment.

UDF call upon all medical students, faculty members, and authorities to join  in this initiative and work towards creating a better future for medical education and healthcare in our country.
