Documents Required at time of Reporting
Required to be deposited in Original along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates
OR
Self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of ₹3 Lakhs only in the name of the “AlIMS MAIN GRANT ACCOUNT”.
- Offer Letter (From MyPage after logging in)
- Seat allocation Slip (take a print after online acceptance of the allocated Seat (Institute-subject/specialty)
- Final Registration Slip (From MyPage after logging in)
- Admit Card issued by AlIMS (From MyPage after logging in)
- Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st/ 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations
- MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate will be completing the 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 31st July, 2024 for all INIs.
- Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council.
- High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
- Category Certificate etc
