Doctor jumps from rooftop with girlfriend at RIMS; Doctor dies.
Dr Akash Bhongra, a second-year postgraduate student in the Orthopedics Department at RIMS, jumped from the rooftop of Hostel No. 4 late Sunday night with his girlfriend.
