NEETPG 2025| SC To Hear Next Week Plea Against Conducting Exam In Two Shifts

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear in the last week of May in Dr Aditi and Others vs NBEMS (22918/ 2025) and United Doctors Front vs UOI (23782/ 2025), the plea challenging the decision of the National Board of Examination (NBE) to conduct the NEETPG 2025 exams in two shifts.

The Counsel for the petitioners including Adv Satyam Singh Rajpoot mentioned before the bench of CJI BR Gavai and Justice AG Masih for an urgent listing of the matter, considering that the exams would soon commence in June.

He said, “This is regarding NEETPG of this year, we are challenging the two exams happening, the process starts in June, kindly have it on Monday.”

The CJI replied, “Will keep it next week”


Adv Satyam Singh Rajpoot fighting the NEETPG Single Shift Case took it to twitter and announced that next hearing will happen on Monday ie 26th May 2025.

But the website shows a different date when it was cross checked it showed 30th May 2025, Friday

To which Adv Satyam Rajpoot again took it to twitter and clarified that the SC Website is not updated yet

The Court had earlier on 5th May 2025 sought a response from the National Board of Examinations, National Medical Council and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
